At 14:08 on Monday, 5 August, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

One tonne hay bale alight that has been extinguished by Fire Service Personnel.
