At 11:11 on Sunday, 22 September, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

One saloon car fully destroyed by fire which had spread to external garage door of property, fire has been extinguished by Fire Service Personnel.
