At 12:20 on Wednesday, 23 October, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Market Drayton.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Newport. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One transit van and electric vehicle have been made safe by Fire Service Personnel.
