At 09:55 on Thursday, 14 November, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

One sheep fallen into canal, rescued by farmer prior to fire service arrival. No action required.
