At 17:57 on Thursday, 28 November, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 vehicles in a head on collision. Crews used holmatro gear to create space and remove the roof of the vehicle for the extrication of a casualty who was medically trapped.
