At 15:02 on Wednesday, 15 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm due to workers failing to isolate the alarm
