At 18:37 on Friday, 7 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• 13.5m ladder
• Chimney rods
• Hosereel jet
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera

Chimney fire, crews used chimney rods, one hose reel jet, stirrup pump and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish.
