At 14:32 on Sunday, 1 February, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Triple/Short extension ladder

This incident involved 1 mattress alight against a property causing heat and fire damage to the exterior of the house.
