At 20:15 on Sunday, 4 January, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Gas Leak in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Fire crews were standing by to assist ambulance after reports of gas being left on accidently in a property occupied by and elderly resident. Gas has been isolated and patient was checked for the effects of gas by Ambulance personnel. No further action by Fire Service
