At 16:33 on Saturday, 7 February, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

RTC involving 1 vehicle left carriageway and overturned on embankment. No persons trapped. 1 casualty being treated by ambulance personnel. Small gear and thermal imaging camera used.
