At 16:41 on Tuesday, 10 February, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Ratlinghope.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Portable pump

Controlled burning out of control involving approximately 50 tonnes of recycled plastic. 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus in use.
