At 18:47 on Friday, 20 March, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Little Ryton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Shrewsbury.

Muck heap approximately 100 tonnes in size alight. 2 hose reel jets and drag hooks in use.
