At 20:54 on Thursday, 9 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire spread from bonfire to tree branches.
