At 06:17 on Tuesday, 5 January, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Oswestry.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch, Oswestry and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 saloon vehicles and one LGV, 2 casualties released from vehicles by Fire Service Personnel using holmatro cutting equipment. Both casualties being transported to hospital via Land Ambulance.
