At 16:33 on Thursday, 14 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as RTC HGV.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

RTC involving 1 HGV and 1 saloon car, no persons trapped, 1 casualty with minor injuries being treated by the ambulance service
