At 16:06 on Thursday, 13 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Oswestry.

5 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch, Oswestry and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
