At 06:54 on Wednesday, 29 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Bridgnorth.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Horse released from wire by Fire Service using small gear.
