At 15:14 on Monday, 15 December, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Craven Arms .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Church Stretton, Craven Arms and Wellington.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
