At 17:53 on Friday, 23 January, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Ludlow .

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving chimney of detached, 4 storey domestic dwelling. Crews using 2 hose reel jets, chimney gear, thermal imaging camera and small gear. Aerial ladder platform requested to assist with access.
