At 16:32 on Thursday, 9 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smell Of Smoke in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Small electrical fire under floorboards. Crews using small gear, Remscat saw, 1 hosereel jet and thermal imaging camera in use. Due to this incident, electrical mains power has been isolated in parts of Willow Street. As a result some residents/occupiers will be without mains power whilst we deal with the incident.
