At 11:35 on Friday, 28 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Dry powder extinguisher
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Small fire involving hairdryer in bedroom - 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, dry powder extinguisher and positive pressure fan in use.
