At 14:25 on Friday, 13 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Crews assisted one adult male trapped in a lift on a mobility scooter using a stretcher from Ambulance Service.
