At 13:55 on Monday, 30 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

One 12 year old male now released from top of security gate by fire crews using triple extension ladder
