At 14:35 on Friday, 16 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Whitchurch .

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
