At 16:42 on Friday, 11 October, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Electricity Sub Station.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Dry powder extinguisher
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Also at the scene of the incident were: a utility company.

Reports of electricity sub station smoking. Crews using two breathing apparatus one hose reel jet with foam, and one dry powder extinguisher. Positive pressure ventilation also in use. Scottish Power in attendance.
