At 17:57 on Monday, 28 October, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Lift Rescue Persons Locked In in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

This was a false alarm as all persons had self released prior to arrival of Fire Service Personnel
