At 17:10 on Sunday, 17 November, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Fire involving ash tree. Fire crews extinguished fire and used an axe to make the tree safe.
