At 01:22 on Monday, 9 December, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving one saloon car. Crews used two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish fire.
