At 12:38 on Wednesday, 25 December, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Thermal imaging camera

Crews called to chimney fire in residential property which has now been extinguished. Chimney rods and thermal imaging camera in use.
