At 19:27 on Sunday, 5 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Madeley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One vehicle RTC, two casualties in care of ambulance service.
