At 08:26 on Tuesday, 14 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Combi tools
• Cutters/Spreaders
• Electric Saws/Cutters

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Road traffic collision involving two saloon cars. One person trapped. Crews used holmatro and electrical cutting gear to free the casualty. Casualty in care of Ambulance Crews. Assistance from Cheshire Fire and Rescue.
