At 13:08 on Monday, 18 May, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Bishops Castle .

2 fire appliances including the Environmental Protection Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Clun. Operations and Hazmat officers were in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

One HGV carrying nitrogen and sulphur has jack-knifed and is wedged between two residential houses, no persons trapped.
