At 19:12 on Friday, 18 September, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Dawley.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Reports of garden fire which proved to be a false alarm good intent due to a bonfire in garden. Advice was given to occupier to reduce the size of the bonfire.
