At 18:06 on Saturday, 23 January, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Church Stretton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Incident involved a small wooden beam alight in an enclosed void in the roof space. Believed to be caused by damaged wiring.
