At 05:38 on Thursday, 28 January, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of smoke in lobby area. Fire alarm actuating and smell of burning which fire crews investigated with Thermal Image Camera. A full inspection was carried out.
