At 17:05 on Sunday, 18 August, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Hodnet.
4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
RTC involving 2 vehicles, crews released 1 casualty from vehicle using Holmatro cutting gear. The casualties were conveyed to hospital via land ambulance

Reports of a milk tanker on its side crews used Environment Agency equipment to prevent milk entering the water way, incident left in care of Police, Recovery, Highways and the Environment Agency.
