1 fire appliance including the Water Rescue Unit was mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 vehicle trapped in flood water. 1 male rescued from vehicle in flood water to dry land

1 vehicle stuck in flood water. 1 male rescued from vehicle using rescue pad

6 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Baschurch, Bridgnorth, Craven Arms, Oswestry and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Hosereel jet

Fire involving approximately 30 one tonne haybales in a concrete sided barn. Crews used 2 hose reel jets with assistance from farm machinery to extinguish.
