3 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Baschurch, Oswestry and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Driver of one car stranded in floodwater, self rescued prior to Fire Service arrival. Crew provided 1st aid assistance awaiting arrival of Ambulance Service personnel.

Small fire which was caused by cardboard left on hob which was out on arrival of crews. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet in use.
