At 17:26 on Friday, 2 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury .

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Small gear
• Winches

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Road traffic collision involving one private saloon vehicle, three light goods vehicles and one heavy goods vehicle. On arrival no persons were trapped. Crews made vehicles safe using small tools and Tirfor.
