4 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Church Stretton, Shrewsbury and Telford. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Short extension ladder
• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the British Red Cross Fire and Emergency Support Service (FESS) .
