At 14:33 on Friday, 24 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Telford Central. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Also at the scene of the incident were: the British Red Cross Fire and Emergency Support Service (FESS) , the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire in first floor of domestic property.
