At 18:02 on Thursday, 2 June, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as HGV Fire in Sheriffhales.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Large flatbed vehicle on fire, carrying three agricultural machines, crews are using two hose reel jets with water, two hose reel jets with foam and four breathing apparatus

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Road Traffic Collision involving articulated LGV and car. 1 person released by Fire Service using Holmatro cutting equipment left in car of ambulance service
