At 14:53 on Sunday, 19 May, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Albrighton.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Albrighton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Car fire caused by solar panel left on dashboard of vehicle. Crews used 2 hose reel jets to extinguish fire.
