At 15:57 on Tuesday, 2 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Field Of Straw.

Fire appliances including the Landrover Pump was mobilised from Albrighton, Telford Central and Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters

Field of approximately 4000 square metres of Straw/stubble well burnt.
