At 18:35 on Friday, 7 November, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

1 light goods vehicle winched to safety with driver inside from a flooded ford.
