At 10:31 on Monday, 22 December, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Whitchurch .

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Prees, Shrewsbury and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

This incident was assistance to ambulance service
