5 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit and the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

All persons accounted for. Casualties left in care of Ambulance.

One male jumped from bridge and was rescued by fire service boat crew. Fire service administered first aid awaiting arrival of ambulance

Reports of a lady on the bridge threatening to jump.1 casualty was left in the care of ambulance and police no fire service action was required. Casualty did not enter the water.
