At 06:48 on Friday, 24 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Telford.

4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Crews called to reports of an Adult male who fallen in a lake, he made his way out of the lake before arrival of Fire Service
