At 11:25 on Friday, 8 May, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Bridgnorth .

4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

1 Male rescued from fast flowing water by fire service boat. 1 Swift Water Rescue technician helped casualty using an inflated hose across the water.
