At 13:55 on Friday, 19 June, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Shifnal.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .

One person released from concrete structure by Ambulance Service Personnel before arrival of Fire Service Personnel. Casualty taken to hospital by land ambulance.
